Specialising in minor skin surgery procedures under local anaesthetic for diagnosis and treatment. Skin lesions can cause irritation and be unsightly. Unsure what type of lesion you have? Schedule an appointment for assessment and/or removal. The precise method of removal varies, depending on physical examination. This will be discussed at your appointment. Lesions will only be removed following assessment and if safe to do so. These lesions can effectively be removed in clinic using a variety of relatively straight-forward procedures. Some techniques used in the clinic are - ​​ Shave excision: this involves literally shaving lumps and bumps off flush to the skin surface Curettage: scraping away lesions Excision with stitches SAME DAY CONSULTATION & TREATMENT Prices for minor procedures include a same-day consultation on the first visit only if a same-day procedure has been offered. Any booking fee paid prior to appointment will be deducted from the cost of the procedure. It is not necessary to book an additional consultation appointment. Please note if any procedure is not carried out, the consultation fee of £75 applies. All prices quoted are per session, not per lesion. Number of lesions treated per session varies dependent on size. Some lesions may require a histology examination which may incur an additional charge.
